Don't see a tool you need? Head over to the Community Requests page. You can submit a request and the community votes on it. We actually look at that list, and top-voted tools get built first.

We can't help with

  • Recovering lost files (files never reach us — see below)
  • Third-party services like Adobe or Microsoft
  • One-on-one tutorials (help guides are in the works)
  • Requests that aren't related to OurTools.in

A note on lost files: for tools that run in your browser, files are never transmitted to us and can't be recovered. For the handful of server-processed video tools, files are deleted right after download. In either case, there's no recovery path. Same as if you'd used a desktop app.
